First Fukushima Worker Files Cancer Lawsuit

A contract worker who operated heavy equipment at Fukushima Daiichi from July 2011 to August 2011 has filed a lawsuit against TEPCO and Taisei Corporation. The worker found his first cancer in 2012 with two more cancers found in 2013. The worker’s recorded exposure was 56.41 mSv but the worker said his exposures were frequently not recorded because he frequently worked without a dosimeter.
