Another quake has happened in the vicinity of the damaged nuclear plant. This one is just south of J-Village and near Fukushima Daini. The location can be found on this map. The epicenter was about 20-30km from Fukushima Daiichi. Since the quake a large amount of steam or smoke has been coming from the ground area near the common pool building across the road from unit 4.

The quake was a 5+ magnitude and only 5.6miles deep. USGS reports  M5.1 07:05:08 PM at epicenter
37.196, 140.620.

There have been unconfirmed reports on twitter of explosions being felt underground at Daiichi and noticeable air traffic in the area. We are looking for confirmation on these reports. If you have reliable information you can share on our live blog at  https://client.scribblelive.com/Event/Japan_Earthquake5

As of this posting the live Safecast geiger feed is not showing increased radiation in the area but we will be checking these and plant reports for signs of changes at the plant including spikes in radiation and temp levels in the reactors that have shown up after previous quakes. TEPCO is currently claiming no damage “so far”.
